ELIGIBILITY -THE HEAD-OF-HOUSEHOLD MUST BE CURRENTLY HOMELESS AND BETWEEN AGES 18 AND 24.  Applications will be available online and at the property when the waiting list for Project-Based Voucher studio units opens on April 20, 2018. Applications must be received by April 27, 2018. A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. Only the top 30 eligible applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. Applications can be returned in person or by mail to the property manager at 3240 Sacramento Street, Berkeley, CA 94702.
