EveryOne Home is governed through a Governance Charter and various Policies and Procedures. This page summarizes the key documents which guide our CoC operations.

Coordinated Entry Policies and Procedures 
Our CoC’s Coordinated Entry System (CES) is managed by Alameda County Health, Housing and Homelessness Services (H+H). CES policies are reviewed and confirmed annually by the CoC’s Outreach Access and Coordination Committee and Leadership Board.  

 

HMIS Policies and Procedures 
The Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) in our CoC is managed by the Alameda County Health, Housing and Homelessness Services (H+H). The HMIS team maintains an HMIS website which contains extensive information for HMIS users and others. The HMIS Policies and Procedures are reviewed and confirmed annually by the CoC’s HMIS Committee and Leadership Board.
