In 2010, the EveryOne Home Property Management Committee piloted Leasing Guidelines to property managers to increase access to affordable housing opportunities for vulnerable populations. Participating partners included: Mid Pen at Main Street, EBALDC, Allied Housing, Affordable Housing Associates, and Satellite Housing. All five received the property management guidelines and application below to incorporate into their own leasing practices. The guidelines asked property managers to integrate the guidelines into their advertising, lease-up, and appeals processes in order to cast a wider net among prospective tenants and create a more supportive lease-up process.
