2024 Point-in-Time (PIT) County in Alameda County:
The Point-in-Time Count is an Annual Census of people experiencing homelessness and is a crucial initiative aimed at understanding and addressing homelessness in Alameda County. By conducting an accurate and comprehensive count of homeless individuals, we gain valuable insights into their unique needs and challenges. This knowledge, in turn, enables us to create more effective strategies to provide assistance, support, and resources to those experiencing homelessness in our community.

Point-in-Time Count Details:
When:  January 25, 2024 – 5:00-10:00 AM
Where:  Opportunities are available throughout Alameda County.

How to Volunteer:
Volunteers will be needed to complete surveys of households experiencing unsheltered homelessness on the designated night of the count. If you would like to volunteer, please fill out the Volunteer Registration form.
