This committee implements and oversees Alameda County’s strategy to end chronic homelessness, including the creation of a centralized registry for all persons eligible for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and the delivery of housing navigation services to the most vulnerable chronically homeless.
- Ensure the implementation of the Permanent Supportive Housing prioritization policy.
- Monitor and revise system-wide policies and practices for locating, enrolling, serving and housing the system’s most vulnerable homeless persons.
- Convene stakeholders as a learning community for ending chronic homelessness.
